The Apex AX03 is a good beginner/intermediate board with a versatile shape for both prone and dropknee. Classic PE foam core, crescent tail for hold and control on the wave face, 50/50 rails for speed and bite on a higher line, and a fibreglass stringer for stiffness and strength.
