Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with Bathsheba Surf. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.
Processing times
Orders are packed and sent the same or next working day. Surfboards can take a little longer, as we pack them carefully by hand. We don't post at weekends or on bank holidays. If there's going to be a delay with your order, we'll email or call you.
UK delivery
UK orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked, packed in recyclable paper and cardboard wherever possible, and usually arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch.

Surfboards over 8ft are collection only. We can't find a courier who can deliver anything over 8ft for a reasonable price. If you can arrange your own collection and delivery, we'll happily pack the board carefully, but we can't be responsible for damage in transit.
International delivery
We ship to Europe and worldwide for a flat £25. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days to Europe and 3–14 working days elsewhere. Surfboards, skateboards, bodyboards, bellyboards, skimboards and double/triple board bags are UK delivery only.
Customs and import charges
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or delivery charges.
Pick up only
A few items are pick up only from our shop at 19 St Pirans Road, Perranporth, Cornwall TR6 0BH. This will show at checkout.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us with a photo as soon as you can. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, let us know. Either way, we'll sort it out with Royal Mail and make sure you get a replacement or a refund.
