Returns

You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. After 30 days we can't offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.

Please don't send items back to the manufacturer.

Wetsuit guarantee

Wetsuits have a 12-month guarantee. If the materials or seams turn out to be faulty, we'll repair or replace the suit.

How to return an item

For online orders, a scrap of paper with your name and order number is enough. Feel free to add a quick note on why you're returning it. No need to print the whole receipt. For in-store purchases, please bring or include your receipt.

You're responsible for the cost of posting your return to us. We recommend a tracked or signed-for service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive items lost in the post.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll email to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually the same working day, though your bank may take a few days to show it.

If you're returning an online order within 14 days of receiving it, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you originally paid.

Exchanges

To swap for a different size, style or colour, return the item in new condition with its labels and place a new order for the one you'd like. We'll refund the original once it arrives.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, email matt@bathshebaonline.co.uk with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Gifts

If a gift is returned for a refund, the refund goes to the person who bought it.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn't appeared, check your bank account again, then contact your card provider or bank, as it can take a little while to post. If it still hasn't arrived, email matt@bathshebaonline.co.uk.
